Your communication needs may vary; there are several packages listed below to accommodate your company requirements. Migrating between packages to ensure you enjoy the best possible deal is easy.


Each package consists of an INCOMING BUNDLE and OUTGOING BUNDLE. INCOMING BUNDLE is made up of incoming calls answered. OUTGOING BUNDLE is made up of sms notifications; e-mail notifications and scripts; transferred calls measured in seconds and faxes sent.


Once the allocated BUNDLE is exceeded, you are billed per event. Monthly reports are dispatched at month end summarising your activity for the month.

Most cost effective package if you receive less than 120 calls per month.

Registration Fee: R300 once off

Monthly Fee Inc. VAT: R550pm


This package includes:

Your own telephone number - code 011.

Use this number as your primary contact or divert your calls to this number.

If you do not have Call Forward facilities, Contact Telkom on 10219 to activate.


Incoming Bundle Includes:

  • 100 Phone Calls answered

Outgoing Bundle Includes:

  • 30 Minutes Transferred calls
  • 100 SMS’s
  • 100 E-mails

Itemised billing:

Once you have exceeded your FREE Bundle 


  • Calls Answered            - R10 per call.
  • Calls Transfers             - 7 cents per second.
  • SMS's                         - R0.65 per SMS
  • Emails                         - R0.40 per email
  • Faxes                          - R1.20 per fax
