  • Duplicate messaging - a message is sent to two people simultaneously, e.g. one sent to a sales representative and a duplicate message is sent to the sales manager for quality control.
  • Call Screening- important calls are transferred while messages are taken for others, e.g. tele-marketers.
  • Customised questions - we create a script based on the information you require from each caller. The script launches when you receive a call enabling our agents to record exactly the info you require, which is emailed to you after the call wraps up.

 

4   Brochure sent to caller: If required, our agents can email the caller your company brochure or any pdf document after the call wraps up. The caller can peruse this while waiting for the call back.

Work With Me™ is capable of fielding multiple incoming calls simultaneously. Specialised software has been developed which automatically opens your company details when receiving a call, this enables the operator to answer the call in your company name.
