The system recognizes your number that has been dialed which immediately launches your details onto the computer screen enabling our operators to answer the call in your company name, as your receptionist.

Incoming lines:

Our communication system uses a PRI system - micro-waves and not the conventional copper wire method. Not only does this ensure that copper wire theft will never be a problem, it also gives tremendous bandwidth allowing dozens of calls simultaneously. Using our system almost eliminates the possibility of an engaged signal as we can handle multiple concurrent calls.

Our entire communication and network system is connected to a powerful battery backup system ensuring constant service all the time, even during the toughest load shedding/black out periods!
