You may only need an answering service for short periods at a time, e.g. if you have a receptionist for half a day, or you need the phones answered during lunch. Or you would like a full time telephone operator taking all your calls, thereby sending more calls to our Contact Center.

For these reasons, we have various packages and rates available depending on the amount of calls you receive per month. Each package consists of a BUNDLE included in the monthly tariff. This BUNDLE is made up of: incoming calls answered; sms's notifications; e-mail notifications; transferred calls measured in minutes and faxes sent.

Once the allocated BUNDLE is exceeded, you are billed per event. You will receive a report at the end of each month detailing your activity for the month.
